Everything here describes what LockPoint Growth does. Nothing on it forms a contract, a quote, or a binding offer. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate and we do not publish results, metrics or claims we cannot support. Even so, it is written at a point in time and some of it will go out of date. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
Client work shown here
Screenshots of client projects are published with that client’s agreement. Any data visible in a screenshot of a system we built is demonstration data, not real customer or patient information. Trade marks, brand names and site designs belonging to a client remain theirs.

The writing, design, code and images on this site are ours unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution. Please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
Links out
We link to sites we do not control, including work we have built for clients and now hand over to them. We are not responsible for what those sites do.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information published here rather than on a written agreement with us.
