We hand you the system. LockPoint is a small business systems engineering studio in Atlanta. We study how an operation actually runs, find where it leaks between its tools, and build the layer that closes the gap — not a strategy deck describing it.
01 — What we are
An engineering shop, not an agency
Most companies selling growth sell you a recommendation and leave the hard part — making the thing exist and getting people to use it — with you. We do it the other way round. The deliverable is working software, installed in your business, with your team trained on it.
That is a narrower offer than a full-service agency and it is deliberate. We would rather be the people you call when something needs to be built properly than the people you call for everything.
02 — How we work

we hold to
These are the ones that cost us money to keep, which is the only reason worth listing them.
We will talk you out of it
If the audit says the build isn’t worth doing yet, that is what the audit says. A client who buys the wrong system tells everyone about it for years.
You own everything
The code, the data and the accounts are yours, in your company’s name where that is possible. If we part ways, the system keeps running and someone else can pick it up.
We guarantee only what we control
The spec and the date, because those are ours. Not your revenue, because that is not. See the process page for exactly what that means.
Paperwork before launch, not after
On the Frenchy Smiles build the software has been finished and deployed for weeks and is still not carrying patient data, because the compliance agreements aren’t signed. That is the right order and it costs us to hold it.
03 — Who you deal with
A small
team
Small enough that the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. There is no account manager between you and the work, and nothing gets passed to a junior after the pitch.
The trade is honest: we take on few projects at once. If we are full, we will tell you when we are not.
