Layers 01–02 — Capture & route
Lead capture
& routing
One front door. Every enquiry in the same queue, in an order that doesn’t depend on who happens to be looking, with a record of what happened to each one.
01 — The real failure
Leads are rarely lost. They are usually just never surfaced
When a business says it is losing leads, the enquiries have almost always arrived. They are sitting in an inbox nobody owns, a form tool nobody checks, a DM folder, or a spreadsheet with no order to it.
The fix is not more traffic. It is making sure every enquiry lands somewhere that a person is definitely going to look, in a sequence that is decided by a rule rather than by chance.
02 — What gets built
Five parts
Together these turn scattered enquiries into a worked list. Individually, most of them are unremarkable, which is why they don’t get built.
Capture
Forms, phone, email and social all writing into the same store, in the same shape, with the source recorded on every record.
Order
A rule that decides who is next: longest waiting, nearest deadline, highest value. Applied the same way every time.
Notify
The office finds out an enquiry exists without having to go and check anything.
Chase
The second and third attempts scheduled by the system rather than by memory, which is where most of the recovered revenue is.
Record
Every attempt and outcome logged against a name, so nothing depends on what one person remembers.
03 — Built this way
A real
pipeline
The path a consultation request takes on the Frenchy Smiles build, from the website form to the front desk.
Request submitted from any page.
Straight to the practice’s own endpoint. Every attempt recorded, including the failed ones.
Identifying details written into a separately encrypted vault.
Ordered by wait, flagged for promises and deadlines.
Call, log the outcome, next one is up.
04 — Worth saying
This won’t get
you more leads.
A capture and routing system does not increase the number of people who contact you. It makes sure the ones who already do are actually reached, in order, and followed up more than once.
For most businesses with a working marketing channel, that is the larger and cheaper win. If nobody is contacting you at all, this is the wrong thing to buy, and we will say so during the audit rather than after the invoice.
